In response to the recent issues with the OpenSRS email system taking a dip (first time since its been live), the Business Catalyst team has released a service called "Essential Updates."
You can subscribe as many email addresses as you wish to make sure you always have a redundant notification. This email list will help us partners keep informed of any service issues before our clients notify us first.
Keeping informed ahead of time allows us to keep our clients informed of any service issues. This is one of those things that we don't want to have to use often, but when its absolutely necessary, we want it in place.
